  • NSA stands for Nashville Skating Academy. This academy is a for-profit organization that teaches individuals the art of skating through classes such as Learn to Skate and solo lessons with private coaches.

  • The Nashville Figure Skating Club is a non-profit club focused on promoting and organizing competitions and events for local skaters in the area. It is apart of a broader organization of clubs belonging to U.S. Figure Skating.

  • FinnlySport is a sports activity registration and invoicing service that the Nashville Skating Academy uses in order to facilitate and organize classes and billing for those classes. If you would like to create an account in order to register for classes and pay for ice time, please go to either the TPH or Centennial webpages. There will be a login option/account creation section at the top right. Additionally, on our home page for this site, you will find a button that says “Create an Account” under the main video at the top. This button will also take you directly to our account creation portal.

  • Having a family Finnly Sport account is the main way to access registration for events and accept invoices for ice. Below are the instructions for creating an account on either the TPH or Centennial sites.

    1. Click "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.

    2. At the bottom of the Login Box, click "Need New Account" Sign Up.

      (NOTE: If your family has a Ford Ice Finnly Account, you do NOT need to set up a new account through NSA. Log in through the NSA Finnly link using the SAME credentials as were used for the Ford Ice Finnly Account.)

    3. Follow the prompts to set up the Nashville Skating Academy Finnly Sport Account.

    4. Add all participating members to the family account.

    5. "Opt In" to BOTH text and email from Nashville Skating Academy.

    To register for any activity (Learn to Skate, Freestyle, Classes, etc.):

    • Click the "Register" and the "Activity" buttons from the top menu.

    • Choose the activity

    • Complete the registration

    • Pay

  • No skating experience, no problem! We offer official Learn To Skate USA group classes at all three of our locations. We also offer learn to skate mini lessons which is a 1:1 approach to learning how to skate.

  • We operate our program out of three locations around Nashville, Tennessee.

    Our first location is at Centennial Sportsplex, and our other two locations are in partnership with TPH at the Bellevue Ford Ice Center and the Antioch Ford Ice Center.
